Welcome to Changyu Shen's laboratory in the Division of Biostatistics, Department of Medicine at Indiana University School of Medicine. We are also affiliated to the Center for Computational Biology and Bioinformatics.

Our lab focuses on development of statistical methodology for the analysis of data generated by a variety of clinical and biomedical investigations including longitudinal observational/interventional studies and high-throughput biological experiments such as DNA microarray and mass spectrometry. Major applications of these efforts have been focused on the study of risk factors of Alzheimer’s disease and the heterogeneity and etiology of breast cancer.

We also provide training and services in helping other laboratories for their needs in experiment/study design and data analysis.
