Analysis of Covariance (ANCOVA):

Indicator variables, Interactions

Random effect models and analysis of repeated measures

Logistic regression:

2x2 tables and odds ratio, Parameter estimation and inference

Sensitivity and Specificity, ROC curve

Survival analysis:
